Direct Trade Refund and Return Policy

  1. Return Eligibility
    We accept returns on products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  2. “Buy Now – Pay Later” Option
    If you choose the “buy now – pay later” option through our third-party financing provider, the refund and return policy still applies. However, any outstanding payments or fees associated with the financing arrangement are subject to the terms and conditions of the financing provider.
  3. How to Initiate a Return
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@direct-trade.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include the RA number on the return package. We may ask for additional information or proof of purchase to process your return.
  4. Shipping Costs for Returns
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  5. Refund Process
    Refunds for products purchased with the “buy now – pay later” option will be processed within 30 days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  6. Exchanges
    If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
